How does the departure process work?
Drop your passengers and bags at the airport first if you like. Then drive seven minutes to our covered garage at 2549 3rd Ave N and park between floors 2 and 5. Our free 24/7 shuttle picks up at Door 1 or Door 2 — just text us if you need a hand.
How do I get picked up when I return to Billings?
When your plane lands, tap the return-shuttle link in your confirmation text. Our shuttle will collect you at Door 3 of Billings Logan International and bring you back to your car at the garage.
Where is the parking garage located?
The Stillwater Parking Garage is at 2549 3rd Ave N, Billings, MT 59101 — directly across from the Billings Police Department. It is roughly seven minutes from Billings Logan International.
How much does parking cost?
Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are all priced lower than airport parking — at least 30% lower, guaranteed. Daily [DAILY RATE], Weekly [WEEKLY RATE], Monthly [MONTHLY RATE]. All rates include the free 24/7 shuttle.
Do you offer handicap-accessible parking or shuttle service?
Yes. We offer accessible parking spaces and our shuttle is designed to accommodate mobility needs. If you would like extra assistance, please call (406) 606-9296 ahead of time and we will make sure everything is ready.
Is my car really covered from the weather?
Yes. Stillwater Parking Garage is a fully enclosed structure. Your vehicle is protected from hail, snow, ice, rain, and direct sun — every reservation includes covered parking by default.
What if my battery dies while I am away?
We offer free jump-starts for any reservation customer whose battery dies during their trip. Just let our staff know on return, or call (406) 606-9296.
Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but a reservation guarantees your spot and locks in our best rate. Reservations also include the digital pass that makes shuttle pickup faster.
How do I cancel or modify my reservation?
Use the Manage Reservation page to look up or cancel your booking. If you need help making changes, call us at (406) 606-9296 during calling hours (8am – 6pm).
